The fajita is a delicious Texan-Mexican cuisine which is getting popular amongst many people. The best fajita recipes should have a strip of meat that is grilled which will be served on a tortilla that is made of flour or sometimes corn. In addition to that, there will be a number of condiments and grilled vegetables which are included in the fajita plates at many Mexican food restaurants. The common ingredients used in fajitas include some herbs, spices, salads, vegetables and cheese. It all depends on your creativity while preparing this delicious meal and the taste you want to get.

One of the best fajita recipes is the simple chicken mild spice fajita. To prepare this delicious and mouthwatering dish, consider the number of people you are serving. For a serving of four people, you will be required to get four chicken breasts that are boneless and skinless. Cut them into strips. You will also need ¼ cup of chopped fresh parsley and a similar amount of sour cream. In addition to that, you need one onion, a seedless orange capsicum and a red capsicum. All these ingredients should be sliced.  The other ingredients you will be required to have are; a table spoon of sunflower oil, paprika and eight tortillas that are soft.

Being one of the best fajita recipes, the instructions for cooking it are very easy and fast. Once you have all these ingredients ready, add the sunflower oil onto the frying pan that is big enough. You will then add the capsicum and onions and fry them for about five minutes. The flame should be moderate. Once the five minutes are over, add the paprika and chicken into the frying pan and sauté them for around five minutes. As you are cooking you should also place the chopped parsley and sour cream into a small bowl in readiness to use and warm your tortilla bread depending on how you want to package them.  

Finally, you will have to remove your frying pan away from the heat source and add while stirring the chopped parsley remaining. You should then place the fajitas evenly on the eight tortillas you have while topping each with sour cream and rolling it up. Your delicious meal is ready to serve and you should taste it to know why it is among the best fajita recipes.  If you are not a fan of parsley, you could substitute it with coriander and use chilli instead of paprika.
